Mr. Benny Tsoi

Mr. Benny Tsoi is the General Manager of Trane Hong Kong.

He has over 30 years’ business management and professional experience in the E&M engineering industry and air-conditioning trade.

Mr. Tsoi holds both bachelor and master degrees in engineering and is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE). He is also a BEAM Professional (BEAM Pro), and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Mr. K T Cheuk

Mr. K T Cheuk is the Assistant General Manager of Trane Hong Kong.

He has over 25 years of experience in the building and construction Industry, and specializes in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, energy management and building sustainability development.

Mr. Cheuk holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in engineering. He is currently a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (FCIBSE) and Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA). He currently practices his profession as Registered Professional Engineer (RPE BSS & MCL), BEAM Professional (BEAM Pro) and LEED AP BD+C in Green Building Industry, Registered Energy Assessor (REA) under the Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance and Authorized Signatory (AS) in Minor Works & Ventilation Works under Buildings Ordinance.

Mr. Matthew Wong

Mr. Matthew Wong is the Technical Director of Trane Hong Kong.

He has over 35 years of experience in building construction and building services industry, and specializes in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering, energy management as well as intelligent building sustainable development.

Mr. Wong holds an Associateship in Electrical Engineering. He is currently a fellow member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (FCIBSE), Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (F.PFM). He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE). He currently practises his profession as a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE - BSS & ELL), Registered Energy Assessor (REA) and Registered Electrical Worker (REW - C0, H0 & NS).

Mr. Bill Cheung

Mr. Bill Cheung is the Technical Advisor of Trane Hong Kong.

He has over 25 years of experience in the Building Services Industry specialized in system & application of Air-Conditioning System.

Mr. Cheung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Postgraduate Diploma in Management. Currently, he is a Committee Member of Industry Training Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Qualifications Framework for Electrical & Mechanical Services.

Ms. Claudia Liu

Ms. Claudia Liu is the Contract Administration Manager of Trane Hong Kong. Ms. Liu holds a degree in Commerce. She joined Trane Hong Kong in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in the area of transportation and logistics.
